On Friday, my cohort at school is having a pot luck and I said I would bring some baking. I've decided that I want to make cookies, but the thing is, I'm kind of bored with all my usual cookie recipes. The only one I feel like is peanut butter, but a girl in my cohort is allergic to peanuts, so I can't bring those. So dear flist, I ask for your assistance. Does anyone have any yummy cookie recipes they would like to share?

So this weekend has been a busy one and I haven't had a chance to check the flist, but I will, but I am in need of some help. Last week I got a bunch of blueberries to make a fruit pizza. Apparently I wasn't thinking because the pizza only used a small amount of blueberries and I bought a gigantic container. Now I am left with almost all the berries and not many ideas on what to do with them. I made blueberry pancakes this morning and I was thinking about making some muffins. Here is where the help part comes in. I don't have a good recipe for blueberry muffins. So, does anyone have one they like to make? Also, if you have any ideas for what else I could do with all my blueberries, I would love suggestions.

*hugs flist*

How could muffins, Apple Struetzel muffins to be exact, be related to a tv show?

I have decided that I would like to try some new recipes, preferably meatless ones, and I would love a few suggestions. I am also on a search for a new spaghetti/tomato sauce. I have tried several that I have found online, but haven't really liked any of them. Again, I would love suggestions. *g*

So a couple of people said they would like the recipe to the potatoes I was talking about the other day. I'm sorry I didn't get this to you sooner, but here it is! *g*

Ingredients:
-2 lbs (1 kg) frozen hash browns (I use diced)
-1 500 ml carton of sour cream
-2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup melted butter
-2 cups grated/shredded cheddar cheese
- grated onion
-salt and pepper to taste
-parmesan cheese

Thaw potatoes slightly for easier mixing.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix hash browns, sour cream, soup, butter, onion, cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper together. Put in a 9X13 baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 1-1 1/2 hours.

It's really easy and super yummy! Enjoy! *g*

Yes, another post from me. *g*

Does anyone have any good suggestions for a salad to have with quiche? I am planning on making quiche on Friday for dinner and want to have salad with it. The problem is, I really do not feel like the one I usually like to have with quiche. I'm going grocery shopping this afternoon, and would like to be able to buy the stuff to make it.

Any ideas?

Oh and if anyone is in a recipe sharing mood, do you have suggestions for dinner on Wednesday? I'm drawing a blank here. *g*

EDA: I think I am going to make home made pizza on Wednesday. That pizza dough on [info]tv_dinners looked really good! *g*
